We* are a small business on the Sunshine Coast, QLD, Australia but ship to the USA, Canada, UK, NZ, some parts of the EU and Asia and obviously here in Australia. We have isolated these countries so we can offer free shipping on all our products (so ignore the 'Shipping is calculated at checkout' thing if I haven't figured out how to remove it).
We work as teachers as our 'day job' but have always loved Random Goodness stuff around us and wanted to share the great stuff we have found - and supplement our amazing teaching wage (enter winking emoji here). We have a unique sense of humour which shows in the products we create and find.
We love to make a difference, which is why we teach for a living. We wanted to continue that theme in this business so every purchase triggers a Random Act of Kindness! YES! We love wearing humour and having the latest cool tech but we also love helping others, so we will be donating 10% of all profit to a good cause, locally and globally. Quality is important to us so we're working on finding reliable suppliers so that you only receive the best quality product. My wardrobe is full of funny shirts that go through the size and washing check. This is an ongoing process so we value your comments if things go off the rail all of a sudden.
We at Random Goodness believe in great customer service. I like good customer service so I want the same for you. We do work during school hours so please bear with any delays that may occur while we are busy training up our future leaders. Alerts and notifications are set up on every device so we will get back to you - unless you are trying to sell us a course or service. Trust me, I have spent more than enough time and money on such things over the years.
And lastly, a good price is important to us. I like a good bargain and there are many major online stores that can do it cheaper than us. We are wanting to be as competitive as possible while delivering a product that has been checked and is of a quality that honours the hard-earned cash, you’re giving us for your product and also for us to be able to run this store.
